Using the first checkbox labeled “Allow reception notifications to be sent from clients”, the IDERI note server can be configured in such a way that it does not accept the creation of messages that require a reception notification to be sent from the client to the IDERI note server in the moment it receives a new message.

The second checkbox labeled “Allow acknowledgement notifications to be sent from clients” allows the IDERI note server to be configured in such a way that it does not accept the creation of messages that require an acknowledgement notification to be sent from the client to the IDERI note server after the user has acknowledged to have read the message.

The third and last checkbox labeled “Allow creation of language specific message text” is only relevant for an IDERI note server running in professional licensing mode: In case the multilingual message feature (see also section 7.1) is not of any use to your organization, it can be turned off at this place. Turning off this feature simplifies the user interface of various IDERI note applications that allow the creation of messages.
