11.9. Gateway database files

All messages and other data that is necessary for the proper operation of the IDERI note Gateway is kept in database files with the extension “db”. The IDERI note Gateway service runs under the NetworkService account which, like SYSTEM, authenticates across the network as the AD computer account, but unlike SYSTEM is not a local administrator. This account actually has a non-roaming profile directory and therefore the database files for the IDERI note Gateway service are located under the NetworkService user’s profile in "%windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\ideri".
